Tater Taco Casserole a la Corky
Ingredients:
2lbs ground beef, 1 cup diced onion, 1 envelope taco seasoning, 2/3 cup of water, 1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn drained, 1 can (11 oz) fiesta nacho cheese soup, 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
Directions:
Cook beef and onion in skilet and drain. Stir in taco seasoning and watter and simmer uncovered for five minutes. Add the corn and soup. Mix it up well. Transfer to a greased 13×9x2″ baking dish. Arrange tater tots in a single layer over top of casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until taters are crispy and golden brown. Once golded brown, take it out of the oven and let it cool for about ten minutes to let it set. Cut into squares and enjoy!
To some, a mixture of corn, tots and taco may be an interesting mix, but if you just try it, trust me…..you will really like it!
