BY POPULAR REQUEST HERE IS THE MUFFIN RECEIPE !!!!
1 CUP SUGAR                                                            1/2 CUP MILK
1/2 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE, SOFTENED           1 TEASPOON VANILLA
2 CUPS FLOUR                                                          2 1/2 CUPS FRESH OR FROZEN BLUEBERRIES
2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER                               FOR TOPPING:
1/2 TEASPOON SALT                                               1 TABLESPOON SUGAR
2 EGGS                                                                     1/4 TEASPOON CINNAMON

Bobber’s Rhodes Rolls

20 Rhodes Rolls
1 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Nuts
1 Cup Butter
Mix all ingredients, except rolls, and put in the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 cake pan.  Put rolls on top of mixture and let sit overnight.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Delicious!

Beer Bread for the Hungry Kampers

3 c. self-rising flour
1/3 c. sugar
2tsp. Basil
2 tsp. Oregano
Stir all of the dry ingredients first. Then add a twelve oz. bottle of beer (Miller High Life) to mix.Mix well.  Bake in greased and floured loaf pan for an hour at 350 degrees.  Enjoy!!

Ingredients
1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
1 small box sugar free Jello
1/4 cup boiling water
2 containers (6oz.) very berry flavor light yogurt
1 container fat free Cool Whip

Corn Caserole a la Spider

1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 sm. can whole kernel corn
1 sm. can creamed corn
1 stick butter
1 egg
Melt stick of butter in 9 by 13 inch casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown and firm.

Tater Taco Casserole a la Corky

Ingredients:
2lbs ground beef, 1 cup diced onion, 1 envelope taco seasoning, 2/3 cup of water, 1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn drained, 1 can (11 oz) fiesta nacho cheese soup, 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
