Camp Liberty challenged Kamp Runamuk to a shooting contest on 7/21/9. It was a rainy day and all of the Kampers huddled under the deck at Camp Liberty headquarters. Each Kamper took a turn shooting eight pellets into the target setup across the back yard. The competition was close and all Kampers shot well.

We set up an Archery range and have all been learning to shoot under the expert instruction provided by Spider, our resident champion archer. Sport has been helping out too!
We have all improved over the past two weeks and are gearing up for a Kamp tournament at the end of the week.

Well the fishing contest has begun! In order to have a fish fry we will need 50 fish. So far we only have around fifteen fish. Grab your fishing pole and let’s start fishing Kampers. I’m sure the bluegills and bass would love to eat some worms that are hiding hooks! [...]
Read full post...We hold polar bear club every Saturday morning and so far have had two successful sessions. Yesterday, Patch (thats me) and Spider swam two laps around the buoy with Huck supporting us in the Kayak. Bobber stopped by the dock to take pictures and watch us swim. Huck did a good job [...]

with fishing. so me, corky, spider, and sport whent fishing. so far no luck. then we saw a school of gar. there were bas to. finaly a bas got my bait. it was a good fight. it got away but without the biat.
Hey Kampers! A fellow Kamper, our Nurse Patch, decided to set up a Polar Bear Club. In the Polar Bear Club, Kampers wake up early and go for a swim in the lake (two laps to the buoy and back) and then head inside for some delish blueberry pancakes with fresh blueberries and syrup. Mmmmmmmm [...]
